what's my leadership type?

我一直覺得我不是個好的leader

有一點太我行我素

不會和下屬站在一起

之前宿營的時候

我發現我的副招明明很忙

還是會撥幾分鐘的時間幫場布的工作人員剪剪膠帶

即使只有幾分鐘

我的話我就只會在旁邊看

然後有點無聊

真是值得深思阿......
