Reflection about NLDS in Thailand

alright
sorry for being late for the reflection...
i've back to TW for so many days...i still didn't hv time to write this

this is the first time i joint a conference outside TW
and i really should hv gone before
not only everything was fun and cool :)
but also it was a really good time for me to think over so many things

first, i feel sad abt TW a little bit
because we always said we are an inte'l org in TW
actually to be honest...we hvn't done a great success

in Thailand, the whole conference was in English
even those who cannot speak fluent english tried their best to let us understand
they acted...they used sounds...they used body languages
those are pretty simple
but we knew that took a lot of courage

not only thai people are brave
but in NLDS they had many many inte'l DGs
that let me wondered why can't TW do the same???

why can't we just devided into 2 tracks
for EB... focus on eXchange is fine
but for member... focus on leadership or global view and involve as many inte'l DG as possible

how big the world is?
let them to experience themselves!!!!!

my conclusion is...
if we want to be a international youth org.

we NEED be to international

Useful tips when facing your customers

Today, I have a great discovery
when facing your customers and handing in your works

REMIND:
hand in TWO different types of designs

if u only gave them one
they will become very picky with your work
and in the end you might need to re do it all over again
and be very peeved for several days

however things would be different of u follow my words:
give them more than one thing

with the comparison
they will understand what you like is also the best choice for them
they will pick one up from what you gave them
and that one usually is the one you tend to give them in the beginning

because they need to choice and saw the comparison
they won't ask you to revise a lot of details
or even re design again

what a useful and brilliant idea!!!!

and never forget to tell them your ideas abt the design
sometimes they criticized your works
doesn't mean they don't like it
truth is

sometimes they just don't understand!
